  • Glass Cuttings Shop and Gallery - Situated in Hilton Glass Cuttings offers a range of handcrafted stained glass items, all of which are made on site. We customize stained glass doors, windows and lamps to your imaginings. Together we can create a design that is distinctive and appealing.   • The Weaver's Hut was established in 1985 by Eleanor Page, in the foothills of the Southern Drakensburg, in a remote rural village called Donnybrook. The Zulu women create tightly woven woollen rugs on frame looms, using the age-old tradition of hand weave. Their designs are slowly grown on the loom in an array of colour and design using a tapestry weave.

They settled on a hilltop surrounded by indigenous forests where, together with a new partner- their son Robert- and a small team of skilled crafters, they can be found spinning. Dyeing and weaving in a beautiful natural setting. Over the years, the Shuttleworths have evolved their own original designs

  • Ardmore Ceramics - Situated in the Champagne Valley started by the internationally renowned Fee Halstead-Berning and showcasing the work of Bonny Ntshalintshali, this studio draws on Zulu Mythology for its creative wares. Open from 9am to 2.30pm daily.
  • Valley Bakery - Situated in the Champagne Valley an art gallery with an interesting selection. Open Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm. Saturday- 7am to 1pm. Also note that you will find excellent basketry and some beadwork on sale by Zulu ladies. They sell their wares at the Drakensberg Hotel turnoff and near the Champagne Castle Hotel gate.
